- How does the 14-day trial work?
- Pick a tier, add a card, and you get full access for 14 days. We don't charge during the trial. On day 15 the card on file is billed for the tier you chose; cancel any time before then and you pay nothing.
- Can I pay with crypto?
- Yes. We accept USD via Stripe and crypto (BTC, ETH, USDC, and select stablecoins) via Crypto.com Pay. Choose your method at checkout — invoices and receipts work the same in both flows.
- What counts as an AI credit?
- One credit = one AI generation (e.g., a label pitch, an ad-copy variant, a tour plan summary). Credits reset monthly per workspace. Pro gets 300, Studio 400, Label 800. Heavy users can top up; we email a warning at 80% so nothing surprises you.
- What does an extra seat or workspace cost?
- On Studio and Label: $5/month per extra seat, $20/month per extra workspace. Pro is hard-capped at 1 workspace and 1 seat — if you need more, upgrade to Studio. Use the calculator above to model your team.
- Do you store or train on my data?
- No retention, no memory, no learning. Inputs to AI features are sent to the model, used to produce your output, and not retained for training. Lite mode tightens this further by stripping conversation history between calls.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time. Billing pro-rates to the day, and credits roll into the new tier without resetting your month.
