What data we store

Release Ledger stores a few categories of data so your workspace stays useful: listening analytics and streaming metrics, financial records like royalty statements and transactions, CRM contacts and industry relationships, tour and booking details including venues and contracts, and social media connections and engagement metrics.

How to request deletion

To request deletion of your data, log in to your account, navigate to Settings > Account, and follow the account deletion process. Alternatively, you can email us at contact@releaseledger.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

Deletion timeline

When you request account deletion, your account is immediately deactivated. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you change your mind, after which it is permanently and irreversibly deleted.

What happens after deletion

After the 30-day retention period, all personal data is permanently removed from our systems and your account is fully deleted. You may reactivate your account at any time during the 30-day window.
